Abusive relationships and the lack of self-esteem in some people can also cause anger. On the other hand, a relationship with an authority figure, especially a father, can cause anger. On some occasions, we may even purposely inflict pain or trauma upon another to make them angry. These circumstances usually happen when we are left unresolved.

What are Anger and How to Get Rid of it? If you find yourself having this uncontrollable emotion, it may be time to get help. You don't have to live with the control of your anger. In fact, you can work actively to eliminate it. This is beneficial for both you and everyone around you.
